This is the PTA's most fun fundraiser that will get you into pickleball or raise your game!

WHEN & WHERE:

• Saturday, September 26

• Ida B Wells High School, 1151 SW Vermont St, Portland, OR 97219

• Pickleball courts on the Northeast corner of campus. See the attached map!

• You or your team will be assigned a 2-hour window between 9 am and 5 pm. 

• Times will be emailed about a week before the tournament.

WHAT:

• You will meet pickleball enthusiasts and play at least 5 games over 2 hours! 

• Games will be timed  10-12 minutes long with 3-minute breaks in between. 

• You'll try to score as many points as possible in those 10-12 minutes. 

• This amazing format takes the pressure off winning because scoring is across all your games!

• And still has the competitive thrill, with great prizes for group winners!

HOW: 

Sign up through SchoolPay (IBW Students/Staff or Parents/Community Supporters) or using the QR code on the flyer. During sign-up, please indicate the following:

• Your Playing Group- IBW Students and Staff ($40/team),  Community Adults ($80/team) 

• Which Doubles - Mixed doubles, same-identified-gender doubles

• Your Level of Play- Beginner, Intermediate, High Intermediate, and Advanced

Please note:

• We will try to group the level of play as closely as possible.

•  You CAN register for more than one group! Play with both a mixed partner AND a same-identified-gender partner!

• We will do everything we can to prepare for a weather contingency. However, this is a fundraiser, sorry, no refunds will be available.
